Established in April 2016, Nepal Apparels PVT LTD operates a comprehensive garment manufacturing facility in Biratnagar, Nepal, as part of Premier Exim HK LTD Group. We specialise in woven bottoms, knit garments, and woven jackets, delivering quick turnaround times with competitive costs while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Our fully equipped facility features 328 machines across 34 different types, supported by essential utilities — boilers, a generator, an air pressure system, and a transformer — ensuring self-sufficient, uninterrupted production across 6 dedicated sewing lines.

When we established Nepal Apparels in 2016, our vision was simple — to build a world-class garment facility right here in Biratnagar that could compete with the best in the region. Every machine we added, every sewing line we commissioned, and every skilled worker we trained brought that vision closer to reality. Today, as part of the Premier Exim HK LTD Group, we stand proud of what our team has built. Quality is not a department — it is a culture, and it runs through everything we do.
Our Production Process
Precision cutting tools operated by skilled technicians ensure accurate pattern cutting, minimal fabric waste, and consistent sizing across every production run.
Cut fabric is transformed into finished garments through assembly, precision stitching, and meticulous detailing — buttons, zippers, and embroidery — across 6 dedicated sewing lines.
100% inspection of finished garments, including measurement verification, functional component testing, and a multi-point quality checklist before every shipment.
